Following on las year’s celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Jonas Mekas birth we would like to keep celebrating his legacy and once we are at it, also, celebrate analogue cinema. The projection will be, hopefully the first of many, in glorious16mm run by James Beyer using two Bell and Howell sound projectors.

With John Lennon and Yoko Ono. “On october 9th, 1972, half of the music world gathered in Syracuse, N.y., to celebrate the opening of John Lennon/Yoko Ono Fluxus show, designed by George Maciunas. Same day, a smaller group gathered in a local hotel room to celebrate John’s birthday.”
