A visually stunning achievement. Director Lois Patiño offers a sensory trip deserved to be fully enjoyed in the cinema room.

Time seems to stand still in a village on the Galician coast. Everybody there is paralysed although we can still hear their voices: they talk about ghosts, about witches, about monsters. Three women show up, they are trying to find Rubio, a sailor that has recently disappeared in the sea.

A hypnotic Galician dream that explodes in colors, in which the landscape of the everyday becomes altered by a poetic of the fantastic that explores rural mythology with images of astonishing visual power for which cinema seems to have been invented.
