In Hoje eu sou eu, a collection of three of Gutman’s short films spanning three decades, we are invited to see Brazil’s communities through her lens. These films offer glimpses of communities that, by embracing their identities and forming tight-knit bonds, proudly proclaim, “Hoje eu sou eu” (Today I am me).
