Europa Transit, Ten looks on ten conflicts in search of empathy and mutual understanding. Ten stories in defense of culture to aid the transition to coexistence.
The Europa Transit itinerant embassy traveled to ten European cities that have been or are witnessing wars or conflicts. On behalf of the Lighthouse of Peace and with the mission of spreading the values of empathy and mutual understanding, Europa Transit visited Ceuta, Belfast, Dresden, Wroclaw, Sarajevo, Moscow, Pafos, Plovdiv, Pristina and Thessaloniki. The embassy undertook its route in January 2016, by bus. In each enclave, the Europa Transit team, led by the filmmaker Xuban Intxausti, shot a documentary combining a journalistic account of the conflict with a cultural approach.
