BRASIL: A SLOW FILM FESTIVAL – Short Films Night –

BRASIL: A SLOW FILM FESTIVAL: Second screening.

6 months / 6 screenings

UM CERTO BRASIL (Short Films Night)

Brazil is a country of contrasts and contradictions. UM CERTO BRASIL is a programme of short films that invites us to reconsider this commonplace statement, exploring hopeful engagements with the country’s many faces. Stories of rural and urban Brazil challenge colonial dominance through solidarity; inequality through rebellion and collective action; discrimination by way of playful irreverence; and the destruction of nature through the perspectives of those who care for and protect the environment.
